Mrs. William is satisfied with the service, because during the call to the front desk she did not complain about any attention from the hotel. Also, after asking her if there was any inconvenience with the service, she answered that everything was fine.

Room 587

The couple is dissatisfied with the service, because Mr. Roger says that the hotel was a mess, he asks for someone to fix his room right away, and also his wife needs hangers for her clothes. Later, during the call, his wife adds that no one had turned down the beds the night before and she is disappointed because she thought it was a good hotel, but she got a different impression.
